Please help us fund our mission project in Guatemala!

In July, our team from Emmaus Church in Jacksonville, Florida, will travel to Guatemala to serve with Project For Hope. PFH serves widows, single mothers, and their families. On this trip, we will focus on two projects for older widows in need and complete needed repairs on-site at Project For Hope.

Berta is part of our older widow ministry. She lives in a fiberboard house with her granddaughter and young children. Currently, her kitchen is filled with smoke and dampness. We are going to build a new kitchen for her, complete with a vented wood stove, a concrete floor, and a sealed design to protect against the rain. Cost $1500

Eusebia is part of our older widows ministry. She lives with her two teenage grandsons. They need a new kitchen and a home, which is a larger project. We are going to be replacing the roof in their small bedroom, which is currently leaking and creating a very damp environment. Cost $500
